(a Florida-licensed not-for-profit child placing agency)'s Special Needs Adoption Program, wherein children with special needs are permanently adopted by loving families. Your chances of winning depend entirely upon how many tickets are sold. Each ticket has an equal chance of being drawn as the winning ticket, so the more you buy, the better your chances! ;-D
In order to cruise on Jam Cruise you must be 21 years or older, OR be accompanied by a person 21 years or older who is willing to be responsible for you.
Please read the following statement from Jam Cruise: "We advise that all of our guests have a valid US Passport when attending Jam Cruise as you will be traveling outside of the US and visiting foreign countries. However, due to an extension by the US State Department, all passengers will be admitted to board with an original copy of a birth certificate and photo ID. The birth certificate must have the raised seal located on the actual document. No copies of any kind will be permitted. For those passengers who are not US Citizens, please contact your local government officials for the most current regulations regarding immigration."

Pursuant to FL Stat. 849.0935, please be advised that One World Adoption Services, Inc. is a Florida-licensed not-for-profit child placing agency located at 400 Fairway Drive, Suite 107, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. The Grand, Second, and Third Prizes described herein are being generously donated by their owner, Cloud 9 Adventures, LLC. (www.cloud9adventures.com). The winning tickets will be drawn in Broward County, Florida at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 12, 2011 (subject to change, and at an exact location to be determined). Rules: The Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone and e-mail, and will have five (5) calendar days to supply One World with the names, addresses, and dates of birth of his/her guests, if any, and to confirm that each passenger has the necessary documentation and identification. Failure to respond and provide the necessary information within that time-frame will cause the Second Prize winner to be elevated to Grand Prize winner, Third up to Second, and a new ticket will be drawn for Third. No purchase or contribution is necessary, but a $10./ticket donation is requested. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning, as winners will be determined by a random drawing from all entries received. Grand prize does not include transportation to Port Everglades.
